Reiki and the Dentist

A few years back I was working on a client and they happened to mention that they had gone to the dentist and found out they needed a root canal. So, of course, I said I’ll send reiki to your tooth. My client was appreciative and told me that the dentist had also given her some pain medication to take until he could do the root canal which was a week away. So, I started sending her reiki (distance) and she called me a few days later and told me she had run out of her pain medication. I said – well, what are you going to do? She said that the tooth didn’t hurt and she didn’t really want to take any medicine and she was going to see what the reiki did for her. She finished out the week without pain and never did need to get her prescription refilled. She called me the day before her appointment and said she hoped she didn’t even need the root canal ~ afterall she felt great! Well, she did which was fine with her if it needed to be done. In spite of that she was very thankful that the reiki helped with the pain and amazed that her tooth didn’t bother her anymore even though she ran out of medication.
